  • Ingredients

    1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup oat flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp of ground ginger

  • 2/3 cup unsweetened coconut milk

  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 tbsp poppy seeds

  • 1/2 cup whole milk Greek yogurt

  • 2 organic eggs

  • 2 tbsp Nutiva Organic Virgin Coconut Oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Icing:


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free all-purpose flour, oat flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
