Ingredients

Salad:

  • 3 cups fresh lettuce, washed and sliced

  • 1 cup artichokes, sliced

  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

  • 1/3 cup olives, chopped

  • 1/8 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 4 slices Casa Flores Premium Spanish Salchichón

  • 1/4 cup Casa Flores Manchego cheese, shredded

  • 1/4 cup Casa Flores Rosemary & Sea Salt Marcona Almonds

Dressing:

  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic, chopped

  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 1/8 tsp cumin

  • 1/8 tsp sea salt


Instructions

  1. Prepare the salad ingredients by washing and slicing the lettuce, sun-dried tomatoes, onions, and olives.
