Tips for Making This Recipe Even Better!
Marinate Longer: Allowing the steak to marinate overnight intensifies the flavors and tenderizes the meat.
Use a Meat Thermometer: For perfect doneness, use a thermometer to check the internal temperature (medium-rare: 130°F, medium: 145°F).
Sear for Flavor: Start with a hot skillet to ensure a good sear, locking in the juices and flavor.
Rest the Steak: After cooking, let the steak rest for a few minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
Explore Different Cuts: If ribeye isn’t available, try sirloin or tenderloin for a leaner option.

More Creative Variations!
Spicy BBQ Glaze: Add red chili flakes or sriracha to the glaze for a kick of heat, creating a spicy contrast to the sweetness of the guava.
Herb-Infused Marinade: Incorporate fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme into the marinade for added aroma and complexity.
Tropical Mango Salsa: Top the steak with a fresh mango salsa for a refreshing tropical touch, enhancing the guava flavors.
Citrus Infusion: Mix in orange juice with guava juice for a bright citrus flavor that pairs well with the steak.
Peanut Sauce Drizzle: Instead of the guava glaze, use a homemade or store-bought peanut sauce for a different flavor profile that remains equally delightful.
