Neapolitan Protein Blondies

Serves 9 blondies


Ingredients


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the dry ingredients for the blondies.

  3. Microwave the strawberries for 1 minute.

  4. Add the wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.

  5. Mix in the strawberries.

  6. Transfer the batter into a 8x8 baking dish.

  7. Top with both chocolate chips.

  8. Bake for 28-30 minutes.
