Coconut Filling:

Chocolate Cover:

  • 1 1/2 cup of sugar-free white chocolate (melted)

Decoration:

  • Pink Sugar-Free Frosting


Instructions

  1. Begin by mashing the bananas in a bowl until smooth.

  2. Mix in the shredded coconut, peach juice blend, Simply Desserts Peach Jel Dessert, and monk fruit until fully incorporated.

  3. Shape the mixture into 6 bars and place them in the freezer overnight to firm up.

  4. The next day, melt the sugar-free white chocolate and mix in a bit of black charcoal for a unique flavor.

  5. Dip each bar in the melted chocolate until coated, then decorate with the pink sugar-free frosting.

  6. Refrigerate for a couple of minutes to set, and then enjoy your delicious Peach Mound Bars!
