1 1/4 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
1/3 cup gluten-free vanilla cake mix
1 packet sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
2 scoops Marigold Peanut Butter Collagen Powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup monk fruit sweetener (brown)
1/2 cup monk fruit sweetener (granulated)
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup crunchy peanut butter (like Justin’s)
2 large eggs
2 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup sugar-free white chocolate chips
1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
1 packet dehydrated marshmallows (Mallow Pop)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, cake mix, pudding mix, collagen powder, baking soda, and baking powder.
Add the peanut butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and monk fruit sweeteners. Mix until fully combined.
