Pistachio Chai Sweet Rolls

Serves 8-10
Ingredients
Dough
2 1/4 cups organic flour
1 tbsp chai spices (from tea bag)
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp Angel Yeast
1/4 cup coconut sugar
2/3 cup room-temperature whole milk
1 whole egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup melted butter
Filling
2/3 cup cream cheese, room temperature
1/3 cup crushed pistachios
3 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 whole egg
Icing
1 cup powdered monk fruit
3 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp crushed pistachios (for topping)
Instructions
Dissolve yeast in warm milk with sugar. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix in melted butter, yeast mixture, egg, and vanilla. The dough should be sticky.
Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1–2 hours.
Mix filling ingredients until smooth.
Roll dough into a rectangle, spread the filling, then cut into 8 strips and roll each into a swirl.
