Pretzel Crusted Honey Pies

Serves 12 mini pies


Ingredients

Filling

  • 1/2 cup of RxSugar alullose

  • 1/4 cup of nu butter

  • 1 scoop of Happy Way Caramel Popcorn protein (happymaria for discount)*

  • 2/3 cup of mono floral Manuka honey

  • 3 organic eggs

  • 1/2 cup of greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the ingredients for the crust and place the dough into 12 silicone muffin molds.

  3. Bake for 6 minutes and let it cool.

  4. Blend all the ingredients for the filling and bake for 13-15 minutes.

  5. Let it cool down and enjoy!

* you can use also coconut or oat flour
