Protein Pretzel Samoa Bites

Serves 10
Ingredients
2 packs of Crisp Power in Cinnamon Crunch
1 cup of sugar-free caramels
1-2 tablespoons of milk
2 cups of unsweetened shredded coconut
1 cup of melted sugar-free chocolate
2 tablespoons of toasted unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the sugar-free caramels and milk. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
Stir in the unsweetened shredded coconut until evenly coated.
Assemble the Samoa bites by sandwiching the caramel-coconut mixture between two Crisp Power pretzels.
Place the assembled bites in a silicone baking dish. Drizzle melted sugar-free chocolate over the top and sprinkle with toasted coconut. Chill in the refrigerator for a few minutes before enjoying!
