This recipe overall is paleo and gluten-free, low carb and high protein as well. I used cottage cheese and Simply Delish Sugar-Free Vanilla Instant Pudding ("PURELYHL" for discount) as a key ingredients of this recipe.

Protein Easter Egg Cheesecake Ice Cream

Serves 1


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of frozen cottage cheese

  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 4 packs of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)

  • 1 pack of Simply Delish Sugar-Free Vanilla Instant Pudding ("PURELYHL" for discount)

  • 1/3 cup (30g) of Prozis Pastel de Nata Drops ("PURELYHL" for discount)

Toppings

  • Cadbury chocolate mini eggs

  • 1/2 cup of sliced strawberries

  • Sugar-free chocolate syrup for decoration

Instructions.

  1. Blend all the ingredients except for the toppings.

  2. In a jar pour the chocolate syrup and with a milk frother decorate the jar.

  3. Pour the ice cream and add your toppings.

  4. Enjoy!
