Pumpkin Buttermilk Donuts with Maple Salted Glaze

Serves 6 donuts


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup of gluten-free flour

  • 1/2 cup of gluten-free cinnamon cereal

  • 1 tsp of pumpkin spice

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 1/2 of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)

  • 1/4 cup of brown granulated monk fruit

  • 1/2 tsp of Diamond Crystal baking salt

  • 1 whole egg

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp of organic whipping cream

  • 1/3 cup of organic buttermilk

  • 1/3 cup of pumpkin puree

Sugar-Free Salted Maple Glaze

  • 1/2 cup of powdered monk fruit

  • 2-3 tbsp of RxSugar sugar-free maple syrup

  • Diamond Crystal Sea Salt Flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Crush the cereal.

  3. Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.

  4. Mix in the wet ingredients, and pour the batter into 6 silicone donut molds.

  5. Bake for 24 minutes.

  6. Let it cool down.

  7. Mix the ingredients for the glaze and top your donuts with it.

  8. Enjoy!
