Pumpkin Cookie Brûlée Cheesecake

Serves 1-2


Ingredients

Brûlée Topping

  • 1/3 cup of granulated monk fruit

  • 1 pack of mini keto chocolate chip cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Blend all the ingredients for the cheesecake.

  3. Pour into a small baking dish.

  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes.

  5. Let it cool down completely.

  6. Sprinkle the monk fruit on top and roast it with a kitchen torch.

  7. Top with cookies and enjoy!
