Red Velvet Banana "Oreo" Bread

Serves 4 large pieces


Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup of Beth Blends Gluten-Free Flour (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 4 scoops of Nuzest Vegan Rich Chocolate Protein (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 2/3 of granulated monk fruit

  • 3 bananas

  • 2 tsp of natural red food coloring

  • 2 whole eggs

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract


Toppings

  • 4 Sundays Zero Sugar Chocolate Sandwich Cookies

  • 2 pieces of plain laughing cow cheese

  • Sugar-free glaze (optional): mix powdered monk fruit with unsweetened almond milk



Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the dry ingredients.

  3. Microwave the bananas for 2:00 minutes.

  4. Add the wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.

  5. Transfer the batter into a two small baking dishes.

  6. Top with crushed Sundays cookies and laughing cow cheese.

  7. Bake for 19 minutes.

  8. Let it cool down and enjoy!
