  • Ingredients

    • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder

    • 1 tbsp dye-free red food coloring

    • 1 tbsp cornstarch

    • 1 tsp baking soda

    • 1 tsp baking powder

    • 1/4 cup brown granulated monk fruit

    • 1/2 cup granulated monk fruit

    • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

    • 1/2 cup Artisana Coconut Oil

    • 2 large eggs

    • 2 tbsp almond milk

    Filling:

    Mix-Ins:

    • 1/2 cup sugar-free white chocolate chips

  1. Place dollops of the coconut butter on a silicone mat and freeze for a few hours or overnight.
