Salted Caramel Sweet Potato Ice Cream

Serves 1


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of frozen cottage cheese

  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 scoop of Nuzest Vanilla Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 1/2 cup of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)

  • 1 cup of steamed sweet potato

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Toppings

  • 1/4 cup of crushed honey salted pretzels (used Quinn)

  • RxSugar Caramel Syrup to decorate the jar (optional)

Instructions.

  1. Blend all the ingredients except for the toppings.

  2. In a jar pour the chocolate syrup and with a milk frother decorate the jar.

  3. Pour the ice cream and add your toppings.

  4. Enjoy!
