To add that extra magical factor of this recipe I also included some of Bonny Fiber in hazelnut fiber for extra flavor, thickcness and gut nourishment! And it really brings up that extra taste of oatmeal and that texture that takes these yogurt bars to the next level.

Adding some superfood powder for extra flavor and a nutrients. Plus , besides being insanely delicious, this epic pumpkin pie is packed with fiber, the one that I used for this recipe was from Bonny Fiber Supplements; each serving has around 12g of fiber! For this recipe I'm using two tablespoon.

The base of the Pie:

The base is made with simple ingredients; almond flour, oat milk to keep it nutrient dense and gluten free. Since we are not using any eggs we are using Bonny Fiber as our glue for these bars, it's just my favorite ingredients when it comes to no bake and vegetarian recipes.
