Pumpkin is always a winner this time of the year! And single servings are always so convenient too. But with that I also wanted to include a twist, a fun a de delicious twist by just adding some superfoods!

To add that extra magical factor of this recipe I also included some of Bonny Fiber in hazelnut fiber for extra flavor, thickcness and gut nourishment! And it really brings up that extra taste of oatmeal and that texture that takes these yogurt bars to the next level.

Key Ingredients:

Adding some superfood powder for extra flavor and a nutrients. I have been also obsessed with the Philosophie - Fall Vibes Super Food Blend, their ingredients are always the best and the taste is always delicious too, they even have coconut milk powder that just makes it even creamier and delicious (vegan and gluten free!).

This is simply a major combo that you cannot resist, hard to believe that this is also low carb and gut friendly! Plus , besides being insanely delicious, this epic pumpkin pie is packed with fiber, the one that I used for this recipe was from Bonny Fiber Supplements; each serving has around 12g of fiber! For this recipe I'm using two tablespoon.

This is a key ingredients because for the base we are not using any eggs, nut butters or anything like that since we are not baking at all.

The base of the Pie:

The base is made with simple ingredients; almond flour, oat milk to keep it nutrient dense and gluten free. Since we are not using any eggs we are using Bonny Fiber as our glue for these bars, it's just my favorite ingredients when it comes to no bake and vegetarian recipes.
