Okay, this recipe is just a fun twist of ground beef and it's hard not to love. A keto friendly dinner with all the flavor, and the best part is that it's also nutrient dense, simply unbeatable.


No matter the occasion, this recipe is perfect for it. This recipe is super easy to make and just perfect for those meal prep days, I actually prepared this as a fancy homemade dinner for my mom's birthday and it was a hit.

This recipe is super comforting and we are actually using protein puffs from Shrewd in Sour Cream and guys, it's a game changer! Plus we are using ground grass-fed beef but you can use your favorite ground beef but in this occasion I decided to use ground beef.



A low carb, comforting and gluten free CREAMY meatzza, no gluten and high protein recipe. We are adding some sour cream, organic best and also adds a creamy factor and some calcium and vitamin D.


The key to a delicious meatzza is of course the ground beef, like a pizza but without dough but all ground beef as our base. Who doesn't love a good comforting meal, right?

Well, besides the ground beef and sour cream puffs we are adding some cream and some veggies to keep things saucy and nourishing too! Plus we are adding our seasonings as well along with some colorful veggies too.


A ground beef is great protein option to add into your lifestyle! As a nutritionist I know that healthy eating should be sustainable and convenient without sacrificing any taste. Beef is just a great source of protein, vitamin B12 that's is essential for healthy blood and red cells. Also naturally low in fat.

I enjoyed mine for dinner or lunch, with some extra greens as a side and air fried onions... but you can also add some low carb ranch and you will have such a great bite to enjoy... and healthy too!

Sour Cream Veggie Meatzza

Serves 4-8 servings


Ingredients

  • 16 oz of grass-fed ground beef

  • 1 pack of (60g) of Shrewd in Sour Cream Protein Puffs

  • 1/2 cup of sour cream

  • 1 cups of mushrooms

  • 1/4 piece of bell pepper

  • 2 cups of spinach

  • 1 tbsp of mediterranean herbs

  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp of real salt

  • 1/8 tsp of garlic


Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Blend the protein puffs in a blender.

  3. In a bowl add the ground beef, seasoning and half of the protein puffs, mix and press in a baking skillet to form your meatzza.

  4. In another bowl add chopped veggies, sour cream, rest of the protein puffs and seasonings to taste.

  5. Top the meatzza with them and bake for 30-35 minutes.

  6. Let it cool down.

  7. Enjoy!
