Strawberry Crunch Vegan Waffles

Serves 6 waffles


Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup of Bake Me Healthy Oatmeal Pancake & Waffle Mix

  • 1 tsp of cinnamon

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1 cup of macadamia milk


Strawberry Crunch

  • 2 tbsp of crushed vegan graham cookies

  • 1/4 cup freeze dried strawberries

  • 1/4 cup of sugar-free maple syrup


Instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients for the waffles, then incorporate the rest of the ingredients, stir without over mixing.

  2. Cook on a waffle griddle for 3-4 minutes or on a skillet for 1-2 minutes per side in medium low heat.

  3. Mix the ingredients for the strawberry, top the waffles with it, along with some sugar-free maple syrup, coconut yogurt (optional) and enjoy!
