Serves 6 slices
Ingredients
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/3 cup Artisana Organics Raw Tahini
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup granulated monk fruit sweetener
2 peaches, sliced
Coating:
1 cup sugar-free white chocolate
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp freeze-dried strawberries
Instructions
Blend the frozen strawberries with almond milk until smooth. Set aside.
