This is extremely easy to make and extremely flavorful! The ingredients are simple and short, and the process of making these is just as minimal and easy, you'll be surprised... your guests and their tastebuds! This recipe is perfect no matter the occasion but I wanted to add a little fun twist by using mozzarella cheese and pesto.

This are easy to make, moist, flavorful and so addicting! I'm obsessed, and since I have always been a fan of mozzarella cheese with pesto, all in a breakfast casserole... juicy and flavorful, this recipe is definitely a winner!


Gosh! It was good. It's such an easy comfort food; saucy, warm and with a nice kick of that pesto and the mozzarella shredded cheese.

I enjoyed mine for dinner or lunch, alone and by the forkful in a big bowl of those veggies and of course, my low carb bun as well! A recipe worth making again no matter the season, perfect to share with your friends and family!

Three Meat Pesto Breakfast Casserole

Serves 6-8 servings


Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Pederson's Farms Spicy Breakfast Sausage

  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheese

  • 3 slices of bacon

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp of sea salt

  • 1 tsp of garlic

  • 1/8 tsp of black pepper

  • 2 tbsp of dried parsley

Toppings

  • 1/4 cup of shredded cheese

  • 8 slices of organic salami

  • 4 tbsp of pesto


Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the casserole in a bowl until fully incorporated.

  2. Transfer to a 6x6 greased baking dish.

  3. Add the toppings.

  4. Air fry for 23 minutes at 350F. Or bake for 30 minutes at 355F.

  5. Slice into 6-8 pieces and enjoy!
