Serves 2-3


Ingredients

  • 2 ciabatta breads (sliced in half)

  • 6 slices of turkey deli

  • 2 slices of turkey bacon

  • 1/4 cup Pesto Nut-Free Pesto

  • 1/4 cup of Caesar dressing

  • 1 cup of sliced lettuce

  • 1 heirloom sliced tomatoes  

  • 1 pinch of sea salt

  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper

  • 4 slices of fresh mozzarella

  • 1 tbsp of parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the lettuce.

  2. In a bowl mix the Caesar dressing with chopped lettuce.

  3. Toast your ciabatta bread in a toaster or air fryer.

  4. Spread the Pesto: Spread the pesto on both sides of the toasted bread, leave some for the center.

  5. Layer the Ingredients: Stuff each bread with lettuce, sliced tomato, season the tomatoes with salt and pepper, mozzarella cheese, more pesto, turkey deli and parmesan cheese.

  6. Enjoy: Close the sandwiches and savor the delicious combination of flavors in each bite!
