There's no wrong timing for brownies and banana bread, well... that's just one of my motto's of life and this recipe has these two classics; in one-bowl vegan, low carb and gluten free recipe that your tastebuds will adore!
For this recipe I’m using amazing and fun ingredients such as pea protein from Evo Hemp (purely_healthy_living for discount) along with their brownie chip bars. A great protein dessert or breakfast to fuel your body. Delicious, vegan friendly, low carb and gluten free protein amazing french toast!

You might want to save this recipe because a second recipe might be needed here! I shared some of the pops with my friends but they were just too good as my afternoon snack after crossfit or dessert that I had to make some more.

Vegan Protein Banana Bread Brownies

Serves 12 servings
1/2 cup of coconut flour
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tbsp of cacao powder
1/3 cup of granulated monk fruit
1 cup of mashed bananas
3/4 cup of dairy free yogurt
1 melted low carb chocolate bar
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/4 cup of low carb chopped white chocolate
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix the dry ingredients for the mix, except for the protein bars and white chocolate.
Mix in the yogurt, banana and melted chocolate and blend well.
Add some of the bars, chopped and transfer the batter to 12 silicone muffin cups.
Top with leftover bar bites and white chocolate.
Bake for 30 minutes, let them cool down and enjoy!
