1 cup of crushed pecans

3/4 cup of powdered monk fruit
Coating:
2/3 cup of powdered monk fruit

Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, powdered monk fruit, and kosher salt. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
