2 cups gluten-free flour
1/4 tsp baking salt
2/3 cup granulated monk fruit (or regular sugar)
1 whole egg
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup melted butter (or coconut oil)
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup chopped apple
1 cup milk
Caramel Crumble
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp butter
1/2 crushed Seed Boost Cranberry & Chocolate Chip Seed Snack
1/2 chopped Re:Do Salted Caramel Plant Based Protein Bar
