Bang Bang Chopped Salad

Serves 4-6
Ingredients
Bang Bang Dressing:
4 tbsp peanut butter powder (or regular)
3 tbsp miso paste
Juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp coconut aminos
3 tbsp unsweetened coconut milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp sriracha
Vegetables:
2 cups chopped green cabbage
2 cups chopped red cabbage
2 chopped carrots
1 chopped red pepper
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
4-6 sliced basil leaves
Toppings:
2 tbsp dried green onions
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp red pepper flakes
3 tbsp chopped peanuts
Instructions
Wash and chop all vegetables. Combine them in a large mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients until smooth. Drizzle the dressing over the chopped vegetables.
