Serves 8


Ingredients

  • 1 pack of canned crescent dough

  • 1 pack of Old Hacienda Beef Birria

  • 8 fresh jalapeños

  • 8 mozzarella sticks

  • 8 slices of bacon

  • Garnish: Salsa Verde and chopped cilantro (2 tbsp)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Clean and cut jalapeños, removing stems and seeds.

  3. Air fry jalapeños and bacon for 12 minutes at 320°F.

  4. Chop bacon into small pieces.

  5. Stuff each jalapeño with Old Hacienda Beef Birria, cheese, and bacon.
