Serves 2 bagels
Ingredients
2 ROYO Plain Bagels, sliced in half
1/3 cup egg whites
2 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Ghee spray or cooking spray
Cream Filling:
1 cup Greek yogurt
1½ tbsp sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pack of monk fruit sweetener
Blueberry Compote:
1 cup blueberries
¼ cup water
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pack of monk fruit sweetener
Maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
Slice the ROYO Bagels in half. Combine almond milk, vanilla extract, monk fruit, and egg whites in a bowl. Soak the bagel halves briefly in the mixture.
