Breakfast Loaded Protein Nachos

Serves 2
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp of chipotle puree
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
1 bag of of Crisp Power Protein Pretzels in Sea Salt
3 scrambled eggs
2 whole eggs
3 slices of bacon
3/4 cup of chunky salsa
1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
• • 1 sliced jalaepeño
Instructions
Blend the ingredients for the cheese with milk and microwave for 1 minute, stir well until fully blended.
In a greased skillet cook the scrambled eggs and bacon. Chop the bacon. Cook the whole eggs, funny side up.
Spread the protein pretzels in a baking tray top with a layer of cheese followed by scrambled eggs, chopped bacon and another layer of cheese. Add the fried eggs, salsa, cilantro and jalapeños on top. Enjoy!
