Chocolate Chip Caramel Meringue Keto Cookies

Serves 12 cookies


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of egg whites

  • 1/4 tsp of cream of tartar

  • 3/4 cup of granulated monk fruit or alullose

  • 1/2 tsp of Torani sugar-free brown sugar syrup

  • 1 pack of Super Fat Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies ("PURELYHL" for discount)

Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 275F.

  2. Beat the egg whites and mix in gradually the cream of tartar, monk fruit and sugar-free caramel syrup

  3. Beat until fluffy, around 7 minutes.

  4. Add the crushed cookies and fold carefully.

  5. Scoop about 1/4 cup of the cookie mix into a baking tray and bake for 45 minutes.
