Chocolate Hazelnut Protein Popsicles

Serves 6 slices
Ingredients
1 cup coconut yogurt
1/3 cup cacao hazelnut spread (no sugar added)
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup monk fruit sweetener
2 Mosh bars in Hazelnut Chocolate Chip (shop here)
For the coating:
1 cup plant-based dark chocolate
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon crushed hazelnuts
Instructions
Combine coconut yogurt, cacao hazelnut spread, almond milk, vanilla, monk fruit, and chopped Mosh bars in a bowl.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
Insert sticks, cover, and freeze overnight.
Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil, then dip the frozen popsicles in the melted chocolate. Decorate with crushed hazelnuts on top.
Let them set for a few minutes and enjoy!
