1/2 cup pecan flour
1/2 cup granulated monk fruit sweetener
2 scoops chocolate protein powder (optional)

1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 large ripe bananas
2 eggs
3/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/3 cup chopped sugar-free chocolate
1/3 cup chopped pecans
