Citrus Chili Ginger Cod

Serves 4-6
Ingredients
4 pieces of cod
1 jalapeño, sliced
1/4 red onion, sliced
1 orange, sliced
1 lime, sliced
1 grapefruit, sliced
Zest of 1 orange
Zest of 1 lemon
1/4 tsp ginger powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp Nutiva Coconut Secret Aminos
Spicy Sauce
1/3 cup Nutiva Coconut Secret Aminos
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/4 tsp ginger powder
1/4 cup water
1 tsp garlic powder
Juice of 2 limes
Instructions
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425F.
Slice the oranges, grapefruit, limes, onion and jalapeños.
Drizzle Nutiva Coconut Aminos over the cod and sprinkle salt, ginger and both zests.
Lay out flat the sliced oranges and limes over a baking sheet and place the seasoned cod over it.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Blend the ingredients for the cilantro sauce.
Serve the cod with sauce and enjoy!
