Creamy with a nice cookie crunch... this no bake dessert is made with simple and flavorful ingredients. Using some cookies and cream protein, almond flour tortilla and some vanilla instant pudding. Easy, delicious and high in protein.

This is my iconic Cookies & Cream "Crepe" Cake recipe, simple and epic combo that you need to make during no matter the season... this is not your regular crepe cake recipe.. this is healthy, moist and low carb while also being high protein.

About this Cookies & Cream "Crepe" Cake:

This recipe overall is paleo and gluten-free, low carb and high protein as well. I used Prozis Cookies & Cream Whey Protein and Simply Delish Sugar-Free Vanilla Instant Pudding ("PURELYHL" for discount) as a key ingredients of this recipe. And for the keto "oreo" cookies on top I used Sundays.

This crepe cake is made with almond flour tortillas as well, so this is just perfect to make any time of the year, it's easy to make and extremely delicious! It's an unmissable recipe that everyone will love and will also nourish your body... gluten-free and low-carb as well.

Cookies & Cream "Crepe" Cake

Serves 2-4 pieces


  • 1 pack of Simply Delish Sugar-Free Vanilla Instant Pudding ("PURELYHL" for discount)

  • 1/3 cup (30g) of Prozis Cookies & Cream Whey Protein ("PURELYHL" for discount)

  • 1/3 cup of alullose or granulated monk fruit

  • 1 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 5 low carb almond flour tortillas

  • 3 crushed low carb "oreo" cookies (used Sundays)



  1. Mix the pudding mix with whey protein and alullose. Mix in the unsweetened almond milk until there’s no lumps left (about 3-5 minutes).

  2. Place one tortilla on a plate and top with part of the pudding.

  3. Repeat this step with leftover tortillas and pudding.

  4. Top with crushed cookies and enjoy!
