  • 1 tbsp chicken bouillon

  • 2 packs of Old Hacienda Pork Al Pastor

  • ⅓ cup chopped red onion

  • ⅓ cup chopped cilantro

  • ½ cup chopped pineapple

  • 3 tbsp avocado green sauce

  • 2 fresh limes


Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a pot. Add rice and chicken bouillon, then cover and cook for 15-18 minutes until fluffy.
