Ingredients
1 ready-made pie crust, baked
1 pack of plant-based cream cheese
1 cup coconut yogurt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup powdered monk fruit
1/4 cup pecan butter
3/4 cup chopped pecans
For the Topping:
1-2 cups Truwhip Original whipped topping
1/3 cup pecans
6 sugar-free caramel candies
1 tablespoon milk
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the pie crust for 12 to 13 minutes and let it cool.
In a mixing bowl, combine Truwhip Original whipped topping, vanilla extract, coconut yogurt, and cream cheese. Stir in powdered monk fruit until well blended.
