  • 2/3 cup mashed sweet potato

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

  • 1 cup chopped apple

  • 3/4 cup milk

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans

Pecan Caramel Topping:

  • 2 tablespoons milk

  • 6 sugar-free caramel candies

  • 1/4 cup crushed pecans
