Serves 2-4


Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground turkey

  • 2 tsp ground ginger

  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Vegetables:  

  • 1 sliced carrot

  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • 1 cup sliced Brussels sprouts

To Serve:  

  • Dried green onions

  • Sriracha sauce

  • Red pepper flakes


Instructions

  1. Combine ground turkey, ginger, coconut aminos, salt, and cilantro. Form into 8–10 meatballs.

  2. Fill the Buydeem steamer water tank.

  3. Place meatballs on the steaming plate, arrange vegetables around them, cover with the lid.

  4. Steam for about 25 minutes until cooked through.
