Ingredients
For the Salmon:
4 pieces of wild-caught salmon
1 tablespoon of miso
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
⅛ teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of sea salt
For the Peach Cream:
1 cup of cottage cheese
1/4 cup of feta cheese
1 tablespoon of chipotle puree
1 tablespoon of granulated monk fruit
¼ teaspoon of ginger powder
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
For Serving:
Fresh vegetables
Dried green onion
Red pepper flakes
Instructions
Carefully remove the skin from the salmon and cut it into bite-sized cubes.
Brush the miso onto the salmon pieces and sprinkle with garlic powder, black pepper, and sea salt.
Place the seasoned salmon cubes in the air fryer basket and cook at 355°F for 18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
