    • 2 lb chuck steak

    • 1 lime

    • 1/2 tsp sea salt

    • 1/2 tbsp Montreal steak seasoning

    • Avocado oil (for cooking)

  • Salad

    • 2 cups chopped lettuce

    • 1 sliced avocado

    • 4 slices cheese

    • 3 tbsp roasted onion

    • 1/4 cup taco sauce

    • 1 cup queso sauce
