Ingredients
1 whole head of green cabbage, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/3 cup chicken broth
For the Sauce:
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tbsp dried onion
2 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
For Serving:
Dried parsley, for garnish
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, for garnish
Crushed protein pretzels or panko, for topping
Instructions
In a nonstick skillet, combine the chopped cabbage, garlic powder, sea salt, and chicken broth. Cover and cook over medium heat for about 8 minutes, or until the cabbage is soft.
In a blender, mix the Parmesan cheese, cottage cheese, milk, dried onion, chicken bouillon powder, and sea salt until smooth. Pour the sauce over the cooked cabbage and let it simmer for an additional 4-6 minutes.
