1 package of Dilettoso Choc-O-Lotta Gluten-Free Amore Mix
1 cup almond milk
2 large eggs
Dubai Chocolate Filling
1/2 cup of pistachio butter
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/4 cup of powdered monk fruit
1/3 cup of plain greek yogurt
2/3 cup of katafi dough (shredded and baked)
Frosting
1 cup of whole milk greek yogurt
1/2 cup of room temperature cream cheese
1/2 cup of cacao powder
1/2 cup of powdered monk fruit
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Crushed Pistachios & melted White Chocolate for decorating
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease your chosen baking pan.
In a bowl, mix the Dilettoso Choc-O-Lotta gluten-free mix with almond milk and eggs until smooth.
