Flamin Crunch Taco Casserole

Serves 4
Ingredients
For the Meat:
1 lb lean ground chicken or beef, cooked
1 tsp sea salt & pepper
2 tsp taco seasoning
1 small onion, diced
1 tbsp chipotle puree
For the Casserole:
3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup queso blanco
1 ½ cups Crisp Power Protein Pretzels in Flamin Crunch, lightly crushed (reserve some for garnish; use code PURELYHL to save)
2 tbsp olive oil or butter (for greasing)
For Serving:
Sliced avocado
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
⅓ cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish with olive oil or butter.
In a skillet, cook the ground meat and onion with taco seasoning, chipotle puree, salt, and pepper over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
