Ingredients

  • 6 slices of Royo Artisan Bread

  • 1 whole egg

  • ¼ cup egg whites

  • ⅓ cup Greek yogurt

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 teaspoon clear vanilla extract

  • ⅛ teaspoon almond extract

  • 4 healthier vanilla sandwich cookies (crushed)

Toppings:  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • ½ cup powdered monk fruit sweetener

  • 1 teaspoon clear vanilla extract

  • ⅛ teaspoon almond extract

  • Dye-free sprinkles for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and grease your baking dish. Cube the Royo Artisan Bread and layer it evenly in the dish.
