Serves 4
Ingredients
1 pack Lee Kum Kee Soy & Noodles
½ cup milk
2 cups of water
2 packs of Mushroom Bouillon Powder (included in noodle pack)
2 packs of sauce (included in noodle pack)
3/4 cup shredded cheese (any preferred type)
1 cup of shredded smoked salmon
1 tbsp of dried green onion
1 tbsp of red pepper flakes
1 tbsp of furikake seasoning
Instructions
In a pot, boil water and cook Lee Kum Kee Soy & Noodles according to package instructions (about 3-4 minutes).
Drain noodles, reserving a small amount of cooking water.
Return noodles to pot; add milk, mushroom bouillon powder, sauce, and cheese. Stir gently over low heat until cheese melts and sauce is creamy. Use reserved water to adjust consistency.
Stir in furikake and salmon evenly.
Serve noodles hot. Garnish with red pepper flakes, dried green onions, and chili oil for an extra kick.
