Serves 4-8


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry dough

  • 1 whole egg (for egg wash)

Filling:  

  • 2/3 cup goat cheese, softened to room temperature

  • 1 tablespoon green onion flakes

  • 2 cups NatureSweet D’Vines Cherry Tomatoes, sliced in half

Sage Sauce:  

  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 2 tablespoons garlic puree

  • 1/2 teaspoon sage powder

Toppings:  

  • Red pepper flakes

  • Parmesan cheese

  • Green onion flakes


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.

  2. Roll out the puff pastry and spread the goat cheese mixture in the center. Top with sliced cherry tomatoes.

  3. Fold the edges of the pastry over the filling, pinch to seal, and brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with sea salt flakes.

  4. Bake for 25-28 minutes until golden and crisp.
