Serves 8


Ingredients

  • 2 sheets puff pastry dough

  • 3 tbsp organic butter


    Filling:

  • 1 ½ cups cream cheese, softened

  • ¼ cup Aunt Sue’s® Raw & Unfiltered Honey

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • ¾ cup sliced strawberries


    Vanilla Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered monk fruit sweetener

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, Aunt Sue’s® Honey, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in sliced strawberries.

  3. Lay out puff pastry sheets and brush one side of each with melted butter. Spread the filling evenly over one sheet, then cover with the second sheet.

  4. Roll the layered dough gently into a log shape. Slice into 8 equal rolls and place them spaced apart in a greased baking dish.
