Jalapeño Popper Chicken Sliders

Serves 9
Ingredients
1 pack of Sola’s Sweet Hawaiian Rolls
3 cups shredded chicken
1 cup whipped cream cheese
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp dried chives
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup avocado oil mayonnaise
6 slices bacon
2 sliced jalapeños (seeds removed)
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
Instructions
Cook bacon and jalapeños in an air fryer at 380°F for 12 minutes, or bake at 400°F for 20 minutes until crispy.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix cream cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and chives in a bowl. Fold in shredded chicken.
Slice rolls lengthwise and spread mayonnaise on both halves.
Chop cooked bacon and jalapeños.
Spread chicken mixture on the bottom roll half, then top with bacon, jalapeños, and cheese. Cover with the top roll half.
