Ingredients

  • Cookies:

    • 1 2/3 cups low carb flour

    • 2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder

    • 1/2 tsp baking salt

    • 1 tsp baking soda

    • 1 tsp baking powder

    • 2/3 cup granulated monk fruit

    • 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract

    • 1 tbsp natural red food coloring

    • 3/4 cup cashew butter

    • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

    • 2 whole eggs

    Mix Ins:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
