Ingredients
1 â…” cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
1 tbsp cornstarch
¼ cup malted milk powder
1 tsp ground ginger
½ tsp cinnamon
A small pinch of nutmeg
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
¼ cup brown granulated monk fruit
½ cup granulated monk fruit
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 whole eggs
2 tbsp milk

6 chopped sugar-free caramels
â…“ cup sugar-free white chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Whisk together the flour, cornstarch, malted milk powder, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, baking powder, and both monk-fruit sweeteners.
