Mango Coconut Macadamia Bread

Serves 6 big slices


Ingredients

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup of chopped mango

  • 2 tsp of unsweetened coconut

  • 1 tbsp of crushed raw macadamia

  • 2 tbsp of Artisana Organics Coconut Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Heat the mango for the bread for 3 minutes to get it extra soft and easy to mix.

  3. Mix all the ingredients for the bread and place the batter into a silicone loaf dish.

  4. Add your toppings.

  5. Bake for 22-25 minutes.

  6. Let it cool down and slice into 6 pieces and enjoy!
